Weekly Classes
Summer Session #1: Weekly from June 16 – July 13th
Weekly classes are our most common offering. The same day and time each week, with the same instructors.
Monday
Aerials – Hammock – Introduction to Hammock & Sling (Ages 7-14)
4:30pm – 5:30pm

Intro Hammock/sling classes are focused on learning basic aerial vocabulary, body awareness, conditioning basics, and safety while training circus. Classes will all include stretching, conditioning for strength building, and learning skills and transitions in the air.
This is an introduction-level class and requires no previous experience.
Aerials – Hammock – Hammock Level 2
5:30pm – 6:30pm
Coach Amanda
Hammock/sling Level 2 classes extend learning into routines, transitions, and execution. They can ONLY be taken after at least one Level 1 aerial class has been completed. Students learn more complex skills and refine established ones already developed. This class will focus on performance presentation of routine, complex routine structure, refining movement transitions, and perhaps assemble a routine for competitive opportunities. Register Here

All levels Hammock/Sling for adult learners: classes are focused on learning basic aerial vocabulary, body awareness, conditioning basics, and safety while training circus. Tuesday
Wheel & Mini Tramp
5:30pm – 6:30pm
Coach Tori
German wheel skills for all levels will be offered during this class. Stretching, tumbling, and mini tramp will also be included for air sense and vocabulary building. Wear athletic clothes, hair up, and bring a water bottle . Low profile shoes are recommended (puma, van, converse). Register Here
Wednesday
Intro to Circus – Kids
5:30pm – 6:30pm

Children interested in circus arts are welcome to join this class to experience a variety of equipment at an entry level.
Try your hand at balance equipment, acrobatics and tumbling, aerials, and juggling.
Athletic clothing, socks and gym shoes, and long hair in a pony tail are recommended. Please bring a water bottle for hydration too. Register Here
Intro to Circus – Adults (Ages 14+)
6:30pm – 7:30pm

This practice is monitored by Coach Tori. Adults 14+ are welcome to join for an hour of open practice on the equipment of their choice. Skill progression will be offered in alignment with informal assessment of student knowledge. Equipment management, risk assessment, and safe progression are also woven into this practice. Acro Adults (Ages 14+)
7:30pm – 9:00pm

Adults 14+ are welcome to join this class focused on acroyoga practices of working together as base-flier-spotter to create builds, flows, static and dynamic skills together in a friendly environment. Register Here
Thursday

Performance Troupe
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Coach Ceci
This group of intermediate students meet to create routines and build vocabulary. When called upon, this group performs in local gigs and parades. The prereq for this group is the ability to perform a solo routine in the primary disciplne of the performers choice so they may be included in gig work. Register Here
Mixed Ages Acro (Ages 7+)
7:00pm – 8:00pm

Join for acrobatics instruction with this mixed ages group (ages 7yrs through adults).
This class will include ground and standing work taught in safe progression, using spotting, matting, and safety belts.
