Acro Performance -all levels (Thur)
Join us to build acrobatics vocabulary and get ready to perform!
Acrobatics classes are focused on learning basic partnering and group build vocabulary, body awareness, conditioning basics, and safety while training circus. Classes will all include stretching, conditioning for strength building, and learning skills and transitions.
***This class serves an ALL AGES population to ensure a variety of size & strength partnerships.
All Students: Please bring a water bottle, wear tight fitting clothes to invert & move (leotard & long leggings or slim athletic pants/tighter tank top are highly suggested), keep hair pulled back, jewelry off, and dress in layers for managing body temperature! A water bottle is suggested. Acrobatics classes train in bare feet or suede slippers.
