Balance, youth (WED)


Learn the basics of balance with circus equipment like stilts, rolla bolla, walking globe, spool, tightwire, slackline, unicycle, etc. Have fun, challenge your body, and get CIRCUS STRONG!

    Dates: Sept 25-Dec 10th, (no class 11/29)

    All Students:   Please bring a water bottle, wear tight fitting clothes to invert & move (leotard & long leggings or slim athletic pants/tighter tank top are highly suggested), keep hair pulled back, jewelry off, and dress in layers for managing body temperature! A water bottle is suggested. Aerial classes train in socks, all others need low soled, clean gym shoes.
