Join Coach Lilly to learn Aerial Arts!
Intro Lyra & Trapeze classes are focused on learning basic aerial vocabulary, body awareness, conditioning basics, and safety while training circus. Classes will all include stretching, conditioning for strength building, and learning skills and transitions in the air.
Mondays 4:15-5:15pm

All Students: Please bring a water bottle, wear tight fitting clothes to invert & move (leotard & long leggings or slim athletic pants/tighter tank top are highly suggested), keep hair pulled back, jewelry off, and dress in layers for managing body temperature! A water bottle is suggested. Aerial classes train in socks, all others need low soled, clean gym shoes.
Classes are held at Circus Kazoo:

Class session: Sept 25 – Dec 10, 2023.
SHOW Date/Times: Dec 3rd at 10am & 4pm.
Blocking is Dec 2nd: 9-12pm. (lunch break 12-2p)
Dress Rehearsal is Dec 2nd, 2-5pm, Cast party 5-6pm
