Silks/Hammock intro class for adults is focused on learning basic aerial vocabulary, body awareness, conditioning basics, and safety while training circus. Vocabulary will include static poses and drops, learned in safe progression. Routines will be written for the show in December if performance is desired. Classes will all include stretching, conditioning for strength building, and learning skills and transitions in the air.
All Students: Please bring a water bottle, wear tight fitting clothes to invert & move (leotard & long leggings or slim athletic pants/tighter tank top are highly suggested), keep hair pulled back, jewelry off, and dress in layers for managing body temperature! A water bottle is suggested. Aerial classes train in socks, all others need low soled, clean gym shoes.

Blocking is Dec 2nd: 9-12pm. (lunch break 12-2p)
Dress Rehearsal is Dec 2nd, 2-5pm, Cast party 5-6pm
